we are a small business. every single dessert is hand-made to order and will be shipped according to the order received.

to ensure freshness, orders are made on monday and shipped or delivered on tuesday. (for example, if you place an order on thursday, it will be shipped the following tuesday) 

all orders, delivered or shipped, are deeply chilled before delivery or shipping


due to the nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns. 

however, if there was an issue with your order, we would be delighted to refund you or send you a replacement.
