about the company
hi, my name's jake, founder and head baker at the great idaho brownie co.
i make my desserts for one purpose: i want you, dear gluten-free person, to enjoy yourself.
in my mid-twenties, i nearly kicked the bucket due to a terrible illness. as i lay, a deadbeat, half-comatose in my gluten-free parent's basement, i decided to say thank you to them by learning how to bake.
now they can enjoy luxury desserts they hadn't had for years - and you can too.
